The investigation established that in August 2024, Poltoratsky, armed with an AK-74 assault rifle and an M-249 hand-held machine gun, illegally entered the territory of the Russian Federation in order to commit a terrorist act as part of the AFU units.
While on the territory of the Sujan district of Kursk region, Poltoratsky prevented the evacuation of the civilian population from the Yuzhny farm and used weapons to intimidate civilians.
