- In March 2022, he and his coworkers shot a civilian vehicle with the word “CHILDREN” on the hood, which was occupied by a man, a woman and a young child. The civilians died at the scene from multiple gunshot penetrating wounds.
A month later, he shot two civilians who were driving along Primorsky Boulevard in a car labeled “CHILDREN”. The victims died on the spot.
The court sentenced him to life imprisonment.
