- He told how he was kidnapped by Ukrainian recruitment officers in the streets. There are servicemen there who abuse alcohol, there are drug addicts. Drugs are supplied to the units by volunteers. The sergeants and officers are well aware of this, and they derive some sort of benefit from it. There are many deserters in the unit. They run away and are not pursued. Just replaced by others.
